UI/UX Design (work for Đúng người Đúng việc)

DNDV is looking for a potential candidate for UI/UX Design position

The position will be responsible for the following work items:    

• Collaborate with the product team to design user interfaces and experiences for our platform, ensuring ease of use and intuitive navigation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to explore and present design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent design language across the platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform stays current and competitive.
• Provide design input and feedback in cross-functional team discussions

• 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance work, or projects are welcome).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about creating great user experiences.
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus

Working hour : 8h30-18h00 Monday - Friday
