Establish and maintain strong relationships with various media outlets (including newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and online media) to ensure positive media exposure for the company and brand.
Write and distribute press releases, media invitations, and other PR materials; coordinate media interviews and coverage to ensure accurate information dissemination.

Plan, organize, and execute various PR events, including product launches, brand promotion activities, and media meet-and-greets, to increase brand awareness and influence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and desired outcomes of events.

Respond to and manage various emergencies and negative news promptly, develop crisis communication plans, and maintain the company's and brand's image.
Work with management and legal advisors to provide effective PR strategies and solutions.

Manage the company’s social media accounts, develop social media strategies, and create and publish engaging content to boost follower interaction and engagement.
Monitor social media sentiment, respond promptly to user feedback, and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer needs, providing a basis for PR strategy development.
Regularly analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, write analysis reports, summarize experiences, and propose improvement suggestions.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
At least 1 years of experience in PR or related fields, preferably in the beauty industry.
Excellent writing and communication skills, able to produce high-quality PR materials and press releases.
Familiarity with media operations, with extensive media resources and relationships.
Strong crisis communication skills, able to react quickly under pressure and develop effective solutions.
Proficient in using social media platforms, understanding social media operations and promotion strategies.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
