Main Responsibilities • Generate innovative and engaging content ideas for TikTok that showcase Vinamilk's diverse culture, people, jobs,... from farms to factories, offices to retail outlets. • Film, edit, and produce compelling videos that highlight the people, culture, jobs of Vinamilk. • Demonstrate strong on-camera presence and communication skills to connect with audiences effectively. • Take ownership of content creation projects and deliver results independently. Qualifications • Proven experience in content creation for TikTok or other social media platforms. • Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and mastering TikTok's trends and features. • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in front of the camera. • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to meet deadlines. • A genuine interest in storytelling and showcasing the unique aspects of Vinamilk's brand and culture.
