• Support the development and implementation of Trade & Ecom Marketing strategy:

o Collect and analyze market data, competitors and consumer trends.

o Manage agencies and related units to ensure the implementation of marketing activities on time

• Building and managing Trade & Ecom Marketing Materials:

o Coordinate with relevant departments to design Trade & Ecom Marketing Materials to suit the needs of each event and business partner

o Conduct the registration and management process of Trade & Ecom Marketing Materials with relevant departments

o Managing agencies and related units to ensure the deployment of Trade Marketing Materials to FF on time.

• Monitor and support the goods management process

o Monitor the goods import process as well as notify changes in products, if any,

o Manage product information data as well as adjust when there are changes to provide the most accurate information to business partners upon request

o Conduct the registration and label management process for the products in charge.

o Monitor and update information as well as work with agencies to ensure goods circulate smoothly on e-commerce platforms

• Other jobs:

o Support Marketing activities as requested by Product Manager.

Knowledge:

o Have a degree or be studying for a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy or related field.

o Having basic understanding of medical equipment purchasing and selling processes in PH chains as well as e-commerce platforms is an advantage

• Skill:

o Design skills in AI, PTS, Canva... having designed advertising materials for medical devices and cosmetics is an advantage. Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)

o Communicate well in English

o Effective organization and time management skills.

o Ability to work effectively independently and in groups.

o Able to travel (in VN) for short periods of time.
