1. Support technology system projects

2. Comply the procedure, principle and rule of the brewery to assist Technologist in technology scope:

• Ensure that sampling and product analysis (Analytical) are performed accurately and OTIF
• Support production in quality control, process control and condition management

3. Other assigned tasks (administration, 5S in technology area)

• Third or last-year students and not-yet-graduated students who can work full-time for six months.

Functional knowledge required: 

• Background: Food Technology/Bio Technology
• Have knowledge of Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Food Chemical Industries
• Good in reading English documents

Skills needed:

• PC literate (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good analytical skills, effective communication, team spirit, and attention to detail
• Be curious about exploring, learning, and constantly improving yourself
• Drive to win for the working results
• Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
