Order Follow-up:

·      Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.

·      Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing

Coordination:

·       Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.

·       Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.

·       Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.

·       Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior

Supporting the Team:

·       Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.

·       Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.

·       Arrange product samples in showrooms.

·       Generate reports as per request from team

Education: Third or final year student with Economics/ Finance / Business background

Experience: No experience needed

Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language.

Office skills: Good computer skills (Excel / Word/ Outlook …)

• Allowance 3,000,000 VND/month + parking fee + laptop
