We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Intern. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative functions, supporting paperwork related to contracts, payments, and bookkeeping procedures.

Our team is based in Cat Lat, Thu Duc HCMC

• Paperwork Support:
• Assist in handling paperwork, including contracts, payments, and bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation of essential administrative records.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Collaborate with the Operations team to execute day-to-day administrative functions.
• Support various administrative duties, contributing to the efficiency of internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with administrative processes is a plus
