Mô tả công việc

POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for managing and fulfilling the hiring needs for businesses across three factories in Dong Nai, from requirement gathering to pre-onboarding, using various digital tools. You will execute the Employment Value Proposition (EVP)/Employment Brand to our target candidates, research and identify strategic sourcing tools and techniques, and implement them. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement in the current sourcing processes and developing strategic programs/relationships to increase hiring efficiencies and the quality of the candidate pool.


A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER:

1. Recruitment Operation:

- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board

- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process

- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms

- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates

- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments

- Leverage on creative juices to implement other HR initiatives and projects in other areas


2. Employer Branding:

- Build activities and developing professional relationship with key universities/student associations/clubs to promote Nestlé Vietnam as “Preferred Employer”

- Responsible for establishment and developing the relationship with key universities/ Colleges/ Vocational schools ( Focus for Technical Group) for recruitment/professional co-operation as well as developing professional net works.

- Engage and partner with candidates & key universities for fresh one.

- Support Recruitment Marketing activities


3. Others:

- Develop relationships and work proactively with other stakeholders /teams across Nestle.

- D&I Promoting activities

- Support team activities when needed

- Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least Bachelor degree.

- At least 02 years working in-house recruitment, or with a Recruiting agency. Experience as team member in project with project management methodology and change management implications

- Fluency in the market's local language and working knowledge of the English language is a must

- A well understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the roles various stakeholders play is desired

- Exposure to HR/Employee Communications, employer branding, public relations, new media, multimedia and research is a plus

- Strong technical capability (working knowledge of software such as content management systems and web-based platforms) is a distinct advantage
