Mô tả công việc

Recruitment:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for junior to mid-level positions, including job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and liaising with hiring managers for final selection
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networking)
• Develop and update job descriptions and interview evaluation criteria for different positions
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract talent
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)


Training:
• Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement training plans
• Coordinate the organization of internal and external training programs: prepare training materials, manage logistics, communicate with trainers/participants, and collect feedback
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance improvement tracking
• Support the implementation of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure successful integration
• Maintain training records and generate training reports for internal review

Other Support Tasks:
• Assist in other HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws related to recruitment and training

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and training coordination
• Solid understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and the fundamentals of
designing and executing training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizing internal events, onboarding sessions, or employee training classes is a plus
• Fluent English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
