Social Content Specialist

Content Development:

• Generate creative concepts, campaign's ideas, umbrella message, and lead copy development across platforms.
• Craft compelling copy, scripts, captions, and stories that reflect brand identity, resonate with target audiences, and align with business goals.
• Develop a quarterly content calendar and manage execution across platforms and communities.
• Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and creative agencies to ensure all content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and of high production quality.

Agency & Stakeholder Management:

• Brief, supervise, and evaluate performance of creative agencies.
• Ensure productive agency and vendor relationships that drive our brand forward.
• Manage fan engagement and escalate issues to relevant guest relations, store operations, product teams and other functional partners

Data-Driven Improvement & Reporting:

• Extract insights and recommend improvements based on content performance, audience behavior, and trends.
• Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Monitor performance of social campaigns and content using analytics tools.
• Measure campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Community Engagement:

• Oversee fan engagement efforts and ensure timely responses to audience interactions.
• Manage influencer partnerships and advocacy programs to expand brand reach.

• 03+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media, preferably with agency exposure or in-house creative roles for consumer brands.
• Proven history or working on strong brands and achieving positive business results.
• Knowledge and interest in social media, with knowledge of social media listening & reporting tools
• Ability to translate the brand voice into compelling social media content.
• Sharp eye for data trends and the ability to explore and communicate factors that may account for these trends.
