Senior Strategic Sales & Marketing Executive

• In – depth post – sales evaluation of previous launches thanks to the assistance of Deputy Manager to withdraw lesson learnt for future launches;
• Contribute to complete the price list for new products and in – depth analysis to recommend sales policies for upcoming launches;
• Maintain and update database;
• Complete frequent update reports related to market update, internal progress update and design development update and report to Deputy Manager;
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields;

Competencies Required

• At least 3 years of working experience in Real Estate Developer Company;
• Need to have a good network to collect data, consolidate, and verify the information to produce a market report when requested;
• Must have good experience in analysis and consultancy;

• Good at report writing and presentation skills;
• Good at English skill and Critical thinking skill;
