Senior Content Executive (Chuyên Viên mảng Nội Dung)

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Social Content Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media content strategy to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness and sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop social media content plans and create engaging visual, video, and written content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Optimize content for each advertising campaign to maximize performance and reach
• Manage posting schedules and implement advertising templates for assigned projects
• Implement traditional social media marketing plans and report regularly to the department head
• Measure and analyze the performance of different content types across each platform
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt your work to maintain a modern, luxurious, and elegant brand aesthetic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing and brand objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

• 02+ Years years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in the fashion and beauty industry
• Strong visual and creative sensibilities, with the ability to develop modern, luxurious, and elegant brand aesthetics
• Proven track record of quickly catching on to industry trends and adapting your work accordingly
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, basic image/video editing software, and basic data analysis/reporting tools
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to explore and apply new technologies to your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign optimization techniques
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Annual Leave: 12-15 days per year
