Senior Accounting Management

• Develop frameworks for inventory management, receivables, operational expenses, and cost structure management.
• Manage and analyze reports related to inventory, receivables, operational expenses, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare monthly business operation plans and financial forecasts.
• Oversee cost management for business activities, marketing, and sales discounts.
• Update and analyze market price fluctuations.
• Conduct profitability analysis per product and optimize cost efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance on cost accounting and business accounting to accountants within subsidiaries.
• Enhance the organizational structure, functions, and responsibilities of the Accounting Department at THACO.
• Participate in HR evaluation framework development and implementation for the Accounting Department.

1. Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.

2. Work Experience

Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.

3. Good health condition.

Proficient in system management and strategic implementation aligned with company governance policies.

6. Professional Knowledge & Skills

Solid expertise in accounting and taxation.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax policies, standards, and regulations.

English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 4.5 or higher.

Proficiency in accounting software and office applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial data synthesis skills.

Ability to prepare financial statements, tax settlement reports, and business plans.

Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong planning and execution abilities.

Experience in setting cost structures and financial evaluation frameworks.

7. Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFO (Chief Financial Officer) certification is a plus
