Sea Logistics Intern (Data)

• Receive export/ import documents from document team/ customers, then update and record all data into internal operating system.
• Perform administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service at counter.
• Support/ answer customer’s questions at counter.
• Help in linking orders in OPS, ILS platforms.
• Input data & complete tasks in GTN system, eg. creating SO (shipping order), SP (shipment plan), finalizing shipment, creating FCR, uploading vendor documents.
• Organize workload in a fast pace and busy environment.
• Solve problems in:
• • Ensure no late/ missing/ incorrect docs releasing to customers.
  • Ensure all data to be updated correctly and on time.
  • Ensure correct docs to be issued & e-scanned into correct files & within agreed timeline.
  • Well coordinate with other teammates.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Last year student in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, who can take full time internship for 12 months.
• Basic knowledge in International Freight Forwarding and import – export process.
• Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, detail-oriented, organized and customer-oriented.
• Good at communication, problem solving, time and job management skills.
• Good command of English
