Sales reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and generate sales performance metrics for management review. Sales coordination: Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings or travel arrangements for the sales team. Database management: Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. Sales support: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues. Other tasks to support the team as per Line Manager's request Yêu cầu công việc: University or College graduate Experience in sales support or a similar role: min 1 year Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficient in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. Good English proficiency is a plus
