Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our existing business in the Cosmetics, Skincare, and Home Care markets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand existing business within the Personal Care market, including Cosmetics, Skincare, and Home Care.
- Develop new business opportunities by engaging with suppliers and customers, primarily from Japan.
- Coordinating with other key members in Life & Healthcare Sector in other regions in Asia and the Customer Service Department to meet customer‘s demands.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Control and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and meet customer requirements.
- Perform tasks as required by the Manager to support overall business objectives.

- Up to 35 years old with bachelor degree.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Japanese speaking is a big plus.
- At least 2-3 years of sales B2B working experience.
- Prefer candidates having experience for Personal care market.
- Prefer candidates having knowledge of raw material/Personal care products (UV care materials, Surfactant, Additives for Skin care...)
- Understand the business of Trading Company.
