Mô tả công việc

  • Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
  • Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.)
  • Follow up on project liquidation and payment progress.
  • Handle a high volume of product orders.
  • handle invoices for all sales transactions.
  • Support others tasks if needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates, or students in the final year of university with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce…
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
  • Be careful and be able to work with numbers and paperwork.
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams.
  • No working experiences are required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
