Production Intern

1. Potato Chip (PC) Process Improvement

- Study and deep dive E2E PC process to understand the mechanism of operation and performance drivers

- Standardize PC process by building standard procedure with detail parameter, recipe, work instruction, cause and effect relationship

- Lead a Kaizen project and coordinate Kaizen program to improve PC KPIs

- Build and reshape PC waste mapping for all material efficiency: potato, oil, seasoning, water

2. Potato Chip (PC) Performance Digitalization

- Join SCPP project as a key member to collect data and build up framework

- Reduce team's workload by simplizing routine task with digital tools

- Build up dashboard to visualize PC performance and support for data analysis

- The last-year student or graduation from Engineering University who able to work full time in 6 months. Chemical/Foods engineering is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
