Product Content Intern

– Collaborate with the product marketing team to understand the privileges, products (finance & tech) and benefits offered by our financial app & partners.

– Research and gather information on each privilege, including its features, eligibility criteria, and associated terms and conditions.

– Craft compelling and user-friendly content that effectively communicates the value and advantages of each privilege.

– Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand voice and tone.

– Ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

– Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate the content seamlessly into the app’s user interface.

– Conduct regular audits and updates of the privileges section to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial services to continuously improve the quality of content.

– Proven experience as a Product Content Writer or similar role, preferably in the financial industry.

– Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

– Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a user-friendly manner.

– Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources and ensure content accuracy.

– Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to create content that enhances the overall user journey.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross – functional teams.

– Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.

– Knowledge of financial products, services, and privileges is preferred.

– Portfolio or writing samples showcasing your ability to create engaging and informative content.
