Mô tả công việc

  • Capture Shipper's booking request in TMS (TANGO) for file creation.
  • Check and finish activities and events on TMS (TANGO).
  • Upload documents and email communication onto share point for each shipment.
  • Request to create/ update partner from MDM and FIN team for invoice issuance.
  • Upload contract to system for review and approval.
  • Prepare the documents as team’s request.
  • Bring the documents to counter desk for releasing to shipper.
  • Other tasks assigned by Leader/ Supervisor/Manager

2.      Competence Requirements


  • Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
  • Good understanding of financial accounting
  • Good Excel skills – Visual basics is preferred but optional.
