Job summary

We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and hands-on Copywriter to join our dynamic team. As a Copywriter, you’ll be taking care of the conceptual and executional aspect of each campaign. You will be hands-on from brief to final execution. He/She will report directly to the Creative Director.

We are looking for a thinker, a doer, a maker, a go-getter, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

● Develop innovative and creative concepts for integrated campaigns and marketing activities

● Drive ideation, brainstorm, copy, creative & cultural insights, proposals and overall creative output

● Co-lead ideation for various campaigns, including TVC, KV, Innovation, Guerilla, Social, and Digital

● Play a critical role in client proposals and pitches

● Collaborate with the Art Director to brainstorm and execute ideas

● Work closely with account managers, clients, and the Creative Director

● Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences

● Present concepts and messages to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary

● Ensure all produced content adheres to brand personality and project requirements

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and advertising.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field

● From 3 years of experience, proven experience as copywriter in an agency environment

● Creative thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling skills

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative writing projects and campaigns

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
