MEMBERSHIP VÀ EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR

This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who is interested in growing and working in an international working environment. This person needs to be self-motivated, detailed and have good organizational and English communication skills.

The role includes informing, registering, and following up with members for events and meetings to ensure timely communication and engagement. This person will be responsible for maintaining and updating members' data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the role involves coordinating organizing events/meetings, and taking care of event supplies. 

• Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years experience in administration, finance, or other relevant studies.
• Individuals who wish to gain experience in an administration role, especially in events.
• Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well-organized workers.
• Individuals who are eager to learn and have interpersonal skills and good English communication.
• Self-motivated, detailed, and have good organizational and problem-solving skills.  
• Being familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
