Mô tả công việc

  • Take care the regular customers of the company, keep track and manage the assigned account
  • Find and develop new customers. Consult the cargo transportation service, negotiate and get the contracts signed
  • Follow and deal with the problems of shipments in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments of the company to handle the shipments, deal with arise troubles, and give proper explanation to customers.
  • Communicate with shipping lines to negotiate the price
  • Make the sales plan monthly
  • Build up the sales team from 3-5 people, guide and train them to reach the KPIs
  • Arrange the meetings with customers for the director
  • Support the director in completing the sales process and policy.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Send CV in English
  • Graduated with majors in logistics, supply chain management, import and export, or international trade
  • Have at least 1.5 years of experience at the equivalent position
  • English mastering is compulsory
  • Have the knowledge and skills of using management software is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Have good will and ambition
