Requirements 3+ year working experience of General Property & Casualty in insurance broker industry, it is preferable if from Marsh, WTW; Familiar with the standard procedures and operations of insurance broker; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Strong capability of business development and client service; Good negotiation and problem solving skills; Result-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets; Must be resourceful and capable in a fast-paced and competitive environment; Proficient in English is preference Bachelor degree or above
