KOL Branding & Engagement Associate

Looking for a consistent performer to guarantee seamless UI/UX experience, boost the performance of acquired KOL/KOCs & secure a loyal affiliate community. The role involves implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing program awareness towards potential affiliates & program engagement of over 2 million existing KOLs/KOCs, providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing initiative improvement, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

• Implement online & offline acquisition initiatives to encourage new KOL/KOC registrations to program.
• Monitor onboarding & early stage performance of new KOL/KOC in the pool, work with Product, and BI to enhance registration flow & perform relevant actions on system.
• Conduct & optimize communication plan with KOLs/KOCs to ensure long-term & effective engagement within program.
• Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies in order to increase branding awareness for Affiliate.
• Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
