International Talent Acquisition Executive (Full-time)

Working hours: 44h/weeks from Monday to Saturday morning. WFH on Saturday morning,

Working Locations: 4F, Vinaconex Tower, 34 Lang Ha Street, Ha Noi

International Recruitment (50%)

• Source, attract, and hire top talent across Prep’s key markets (SEA, APAC, etc.).
• Manage relocation/visa logistics and ensure smooth onboarding for international hires.
• Partner with local agencies and leverage global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks).
• Navigate cross-cultural hiring practices, employment laws, and compensation benchmarks.

Domestic Recruitment (50%)

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam-based roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Optimize employer branding to attract top local talent.

Must-Have

• 3+ years in recruitment, with proven experience hiring internationally (relocation/visa processes).
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and familiarity with global job markets.
• Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages (Chinese, Thai…) are a plus.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring trends in multiple regions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HR, legal, hiring managers) in a fast-paced startup.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with ATS/HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
• Strong data-driven mindset to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate experience).

• Starting Salary: 14,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND/month (gross) or negotiable based on skills and experience,
