Get to Know the Role
As a Product Management Intern, you will work onsite in the Grab HCMC office and closely collaborate with regional tech teams, including product, design, data, and engineering. This internship offers hands-on experience in product management, user research, and cross-functional team collaboration.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Conduct surveys, diary studies, and user interviews to uncover unmet needs and pain points.
• Define user stories, support sprint planning, and contribute to product execution.
• Create and track success metrics for Food Discovery initiatives such as content collection, moderation, discovery, consumption, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends in Southeast Asia for lifestyle and dining sectors to inform product strategy.

• Able to commit to a full-time internship (40 hours per week) in 6 months and work onsite at Grab HCMC office.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English in both written and verbal, with strong team collaboration skills.
• Strong at analytics with a passion for solving user problems.
• High curiosity to challenge existing practices and propose innovative solutions.
• A deep sense of empathy for users, understanding their needs and experiences.
• Familiarity with Google Suites and JIRA is a big plus.
