Human Resources Intern

1. HR Communications:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing communication materials related to HR policies, guidelines, and updates.
• Help manage internal communication channels, including intranet updates, emails, and digital displays.
• Coordinate with the PR team to ensure timely and effective communication of HR-related updates, events, and policies to employees.

2. Organizational Development:

• Support company culture and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all HR content to align with company branding and values.
• Support HR team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.), video editing tools (Capcut, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR practices and OD strategies is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in content development.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Quick learner with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work full-time during the internship period.
• Previous experience in HR, Internal Communications, or OD intern roles is a plus.
