Support the team in all learning and development activities, including:

Content Development and Design: Help create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and videos.
Training Programs Support: Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Logistics Coordination: Organize training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and preparing materials.
Administrative Management: Provide administrative services, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Employee Communication: Assist employees with inquiries related to training programs and resources.

For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
At least4 working days per week or full-time in 3-6 months of internship.
Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development.
Having full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
Having experience in organizing (online/offline) training activities and making report.
