Head of Finance & Accounting

Purpose

The competent authority of Vietnam requires the establishment of accounting professional positions.

Main tasks

Lead of the Finance & Accounting Unit:

• Implement, manage and supervise the operation of accounting processing and tax declaration

• Review routine accounting statements and financial analysis to the Vietnamese competent authority and Head Office.

• Collaborate with other team on the tasks of financial control over bank's Prudential Ratios, IRRBB, CAR, ICAAP, as well as to convene/chair the ALCO meeting on a monthly basis.

• Preparation of annual budget and carry out the cost and expense control.

• Cooperate with the audit team on the annual financial report.

• Review statistic reports to local authorities and internal reports to Head Office.

• Follow the local laws and regulations in Vietnam, actively report to the supervisor to know, and immediately revise the relevant manuals and SOPs of the bank.

• Cooperate and provide advisory in relation to related F&A matter to other Departments/ Teams in term of Product set-up, new policy, etc.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

Education

• University, business related department, preferably accounting department.

Work experience

• 8 years of accounting related experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience.

Language skill

• Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Certificate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
