Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for all F&B and nightlife-related items, including food, beverages, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, bar supplies, and event materials
Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure favorable contracts and reliable delivery schedules
Track stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal inventory of food, beverages, and related products
Develop and manage the annual purchasing budget for F&B and nightlife operations, ensuring costs align with the organization’s financial goals
Supervise and lead the purchasing team
Collaborate with F&B management, operations, and finance to align purchasing strategies with operational needs and budgets
Ensure all purchased products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and alcohol-related laws
Provide regular reports on purchasing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, inventory turnover, and budget adherence

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or related field
Min of 8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the F&B or hospitality industry, nightlife operations
Min 3 years in management or leadership role
Good at MS Office and purchasing management software, especially F2
Expertise in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier contracts
Fluent in English
