Game Artist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and contribute to the creation of graphics for the company’s games.
• Design textures, illustrations, and concepts according to project requirements.
• Demonstrate creativity and adaptability to various game and graphic styles, includingpixel art, cartoon, realistic, and illustrative designs.
• Ensure that quality standards align with the expectations and directions provided byLeads and Art Managers.
• Mentor junior artists, providing guidance and recommendations to support local teams.
• Visualize abstract concepts and collaborate with the team to execute both large andsmall projects.
• Maintain existing products and create assets for marketing purposes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Hiring Manager.

Requirements:

0. • Strong motivation and passion for video games.
   • Ability to design backgrounds, characters, UI/UX, and logos.
   • Advanced skills in using Wacom tablets and Spine animation software.
   • Proficient technical skills and expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, VFX, and AI.
   • Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Zeplin.
   • Independent and versatile, with the ability to design both characters and environments.
   • Thorough and organized, capable of working towards ambitious goals and completingprojects within deadlines.
   • Good knowledge of the technical pipeline and processes required to develop a game.
   • Strong understanding of various game types, platforms, and technologies.
   • Basic animation skills (preferred).
   • Basic proficiency in English communication.
