Mô tả công việc

  • Write Ads copy, setup of all campaigns, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPP, ROAS, CPC,...) 
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and test variations of ads to determine the best performing 
  • Manage and optimize Ad Revenue, analyze the market and keep informed of key trends and best practices to implement 
  • Propose improvements and new ways to Product teams on how to better integrate ad formats  
  • Use market/ product research to get ideas for in house products  
  • Find ideas, stay up-to-date with trends, translate product ideas into detailed requirements and follow up with design team, in charge of product development 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience. 
  • Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords ) 
  • Have experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. 
  • Good at English and communication  
  • Keen eye for design 
  • Ability to do basic graphic design work is a plus 
  • Detailed-oriented and organized 
  • Enjoys learning new things
