Digital Marketing Executive

·        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company programs and directorial directives.

·        Create engaging content for marketing and communication campaigns that effectively convey event themes.

·        Manage and analyze marketing budgets and KPIs, measuring the performance of each campaign.

·        Drive the development and growth of the company’s owned media channels (website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, Instagram, etc.).

·        Collect, analyze, and leverage customer feedback (online and offline) to generate innovative ideas and enhance service quality.

·        Establish and implement a robust CRM process.

·        Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities and explore new ideas.

·        Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related fields

·        At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, demonstrating a progressive mindset

·        Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs

·        In-depth knowledge of Online Marketing, with a strong emphasis on Owned Media, digital media, and digital tracking

·        Ability to effectively analyze and understand marketing metrics

·        Demonstrated leadership and time management skills

·        Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities

·        Strong English communication skills

• Probation: 2 months with a negotiable salary of 85%
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Holidays: Off on public holidays as per Vietnamese and Korean regulations
• Leave: 12 days of annual leave, increasing to 15 days after a full year of employment. An additional day of leave is granted every two years.
