• Research, market surveys and user and product analysis.

Development work:

• Participate in the process of developing and improving high-tech products (AI, Android) with over 1 million daily users.
• Research and develop new advertising techniques.
• Participate in exploring and optimizing new markets for high-tech product segments (AI, Android App).

• Plan and develop advertising campaigns to attract users for Mobile App through many channels: Google Ads (install & ROAS), Facebook Ads, Tiktok, Mintegral, ...
• Analyze and evaluate advertising indicators (eCPM, CPI, ROAS, LTV...), optimize advertising effectiveness, bringing high quality to users.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for the Video Editor/Playable Ads team.
• Monitor and analyze reports to come up with solutions to improve Ad placement.
• Communicate and coordinate various bans/partners to ensure effective implementation of Marketing programs and plans.
• Perform other line manager services.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or fields related to logic and mathematics.
• Have at least 1 year of experience running and scaling budget (>50M / month) with advertising channels Google, Facebook, TikTok, Mintegral...
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust, Google Analytics, Sensor Tower is a plus.
• Experience using Google Admob is a plus.
• Having knowledge about the Mobile App market (Health, Tool, AI) is a plus.
• Good logical analysis and data evaluation skills.
• Creative and proactive in work.
• Dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure.
• English: IELTS 5.5 or higher or similar certificates are a plus
