Mô tả công việc

  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the Commercial team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements, documentation, and other commercial contracts.
  • Record and maintain minutes for customer liquidation meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating between inter-departments of the Lease agreement.
  • Input and maintain data in commercial databases.
  • Assist in managing tenant relationships and addressing inquiries.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • New graduates or current students in a bachelor’s program
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing and communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
  • Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy
