COLGATE COMMERCIAL TRAINEE

The fast-tracked 18-month program will build and develop for the next generation leaders in various roles in: Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-Commerce, Retail Marketing.

Percent travel:  0-25% for the role in E-Commerce & Retail Marketing; 

   >75% for the role in Modern Trade & Traditional Trade. 

Field/ Home base: Hybrid working

This position will be rotate during four functions: Trade Marketing, GT, MT, e-Commerce

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong passion for sales & trade marketing and a desire to build a successful career in this field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide).
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
