Business Development & Incubation Associate

1. Responsible for developing and managing new sellers, providing business guidance and training to help them quickly grow into Lazada platform.
2. Analyze seller needs, customize individual growth plans, and enhance sellers' sales performance and customer satisfaction on the platform.
3. Regularly follow up on sellers' operational status, provide market updates and industry trends, assisting sellers in optimizing their product lines and marketing strategies.
4. Coordinate internal resources to address issues encountered by sellers during operations, ensuring smooth business progress.
5. Contribute to the formulation and execution of the BD team's seller incubation strategy, promoting the healthy development of the seller ecosystem.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields, with a preference for experience in cross-border e-commerce platforms.
2. At least 3 year of relevant work experience, with familiarity with the operation mode and rules of e-commerce platform.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining good relationships with sellers.
4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to market changes.
5. Team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and proactively contribute to achieving business objectives.
