Book Promotion Executive

As a Book Promotion Executive for an ELT publisher, you'll be the driving force behind the brand, sparking interest and building connections in the educational sphere. Your role will involve crafting engaging campaigns that highlight the unique qualities of our EFL/ESL materials, connecting with educators and institutions to enrich their academic resources, and ultimately shaping the way English language learning is perceived and delivered. Your strategic and creative efforts will ensure our products not only reach but also resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Raise and maintain brand and product recognition in educational and academic settings.
• Develop and execute a proper plan for both virtual and in-person school visits, workshops & conferences.
• Utilize digital marketing to promote publishing updates and teacher-focused activities enhancing customer engagement.
• Build & nurture long-term relationships with clients to strengthen loyalty and trust.
• Provide product presentations and demonstrations to effectively describe the characteristics and benefits of our materials.
• Offer comprehensive support to educational institutions post-adoption to ensure continued use and satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or English major
• Flexibility, independence and strong commitment to work
• Customer-centered, result-oriented and self-disciplined
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative experience with social media
• Innovative thinker with passion for education
• Fluency in English & Vietnamese (written & verbal)
