BD & Sales Executive (Corporate Gift, Promotional Merchandising)

Description of A8 Resource's Client Company: a leading corporate gifts supplier based in Singapore with over 20 years of experience. The company is now poised to expand its operations into Vietnam, offering an extensive range of promotional merchandise. The company has changed their business strategy towards promotional merchandising in partnership with brand owners such as Sanrio (Hello Kitty) from Japan and Disney (Mickey Mouse, Marvel etc) from USA.

Responsibilities:              

• Attend to incoming enquiries ensuring that the response turnaround time is within the required standards. 
• Conduct cold calls to targeted companies to prospect for new business. 
• Understand customer requirements and present the appropriate products and support services to meet the clients’ requirements. 
• Prepare proposal and manage clients’ negotiation to close the sales contracts. 
• Maintain and develop stronger relationship with existing customers through regular visits, telephone calls and emails. 
• Liaise with overseas purchaser to check on the progress of projects for the specific clients 
• Manage clients’ enquiries and feedback on products and delivery timeline. 
• Update and report on the sales visits, proposals daily as well as monthly sales reports for submission to the Assistant Manager.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks     

Knowledge        

• Possess university degree qualifications with 2 years of experience in sales ideally with proven track record 
• The candidate from other industries will be considered if candidate can showcase their problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, adaptability, time management, communication and motivation 
• Experienced candidate in similar industry will be consider for a senior or managerial role. 

• Foreign-owned company, newly established in Vietnam.
