Mô tả công việc
The Business Development Intern is responsible for supporting the Business Development team in their efforts to generate new leads, grow the company's customer base, bring in new customers:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers;
- Assist in developing and execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing various channels such as email marketing & event;
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, provide prompt customer;
support by addressing inquiries, following up, resolving issues, and gathering feedback;
- Monitor CRM tool to help manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education background in Business, International Trade or relevant fields; third-year or final-year student is preferred;
• Good at MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
• Results and goals oriented;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese;
• Energetic, fast learners, ability to adapt quickly;
• Ability to work independently and teamwork, adapting to a fast-paced and multi-cultural collaborative environment;
• Fluent in English is plus;

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM
