AQUA Trainee Program 2025

AQUA TRAINEE PROGRAM 2025 is a 6-month fast-track training program including initial training, on-the-job-training and hands-on experience with the guidance from experienced Head of Departments & colleagues to obtain knowledge and necessary skills to become an official staff at the company.

You will be trained & experience working in one of the following departments:

- Sales Department (Hanoi & HCMC)

- Retail Department (HCMC)

- Strategy & Operations Department - Chinese Speaking (HCMC)

- Service Department (Dong Nai)

- Product Department (HCMC)

- Final year student or Fresh Graduate with less than 01 year of experience

- Good command of English and/or Chinese

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Proactive learning & proactive at work

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
