Air Freight Intern

• Input booking information (link from WHS) & flight schedule into TMS.
• Check final figures on SLI from Onsite and inform them if any discrepancies found
• Issue HAWBs, Manifest, MAWBs as fully compliance with customer SOP, country SOP of each destinations and airlines’ requirements for both Intel and Non-Intel accounts
• Prepare pouch of shipping documents (per MAWB) to submit to airlines for dispatching together with freight.
• Sending pre-alert ( shipment information and document ) to relevant parties for each shipment before cargo depart.
• Tracking and tracing cargo and keep Customer service & Schenker Oversea at destination updated if any changes vs initial flight schedule.
• Issue freight invoice when have information
• Communicate with airlines for any cargo revision vs the booking and request airlines to extend cut-off time if cargo to be late released.
• Follow & communicate with other parties if any problem occurs.

• Completed colleague/University degree
