Align with clients and Finance team during process of contract reviewal which includes, but not limited to: composing draft contract with respective inputs - checking legalities and terms with Finance’s revision - collaborating with internal Social team and clients for adjustment before final draft - getting approval - preparing final template for signatures from managers - sharing hard copies to clients in a timely manner
Be in charge of sorting and filing important document ( ie. contract, sales report, client report, vendor and partner report,...)
Prepare monthly data reconciliation with clients and partners for Affiliate services
Send invoices and track closely with clients to ensure payment of invoices on due date
Chase overdue payments
Produce monthly reports or ad hoc reports per request from manager
Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve clients' issues for their satisfaction with our services
Nurture and maintain good relationship with clients
Collaborate with Affiliate team and other internal teams as needed on projects assigned by manager
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

1+ years of procurement, report and administrative work experience
Strong attention to details with high accuracy and structured way of working
Client service mindset
Track record of cross-functional collaboration and problem solving
Good interpersonal communication, supportive and can do multi tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced client-driven start-up and ecommerce environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular), good understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus
Graduate of Business, Commercial Law, Communication Studies, or other related courses.
