Account Manager (Exhibition/Event)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customers and seek to expand new customer sources.

• Receive customer briefs.

• Participate in planning and brainstorming ideas for projects, and prepare proposals.

• Consult and persuade customers to agree and finalize sales.

• Oversee the overall project by planning, supervising implementation, and executing programs. Coordinate smoothly with functional departments to ensure the successful execution of the project.

• Manage project implementation, project acceptance, monitor contract payments, receivables, and customer care activities before, during, and after the contract.

• Age: 25 to under 35 years old.

• Experience: from 3 or more years in the industry or a similar field.

• Good appearance, extroverted, sociable, sharp, with strong analytical, adaptability, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently, able to handle high pressure, and willing to travel for work.

• Knowledge of exhibitions, events, or one of these fields is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English and good English communication skills are a plus.

• Proficient in office software.

• Salary: 15 - 20 million VND (gross)
