Academic Specialist

Working time

Fulltime - 8hrs/day from Monday to Saturday morning                        

Job duties:

- Do research and create video scripts for English teaching and learning for students at pre-A1 CEFR level.
- Create learning program, syllabus, lesson plans and other learning materials for delivery to students online.
- Collaborate with the content manager and content members to develop lesson plans, scripts, videos and exercises on apps, websites and other online learning programs.
- Collaborate with Vietnamese and native teachers to ensure the quality of the lessons.
- Collaborate with technical teams and editing teams to ensure the quality of the lessons on apps and website (training provided).
- Other tasks assigned by managers.            

Skills & qualifications:

- Achieve IELTS 6.5 and above or similar certificates.
- Have experience of teaching English, making learning materials
- Be familiar with Cambridge Frameworks, specifically Starters, Movers and Flyers
- Be collaborative, reliable and responsible.
- Be open to feedback and responsive to suggestions for improvement.
- Be willing to work long term.
- Share the same view on offering values to Vietnamese students from all parts of the country.
- Preference for those having a sense of aesthetics and an ability of design.
